Service Fees
- All fees charged by Easy Visa Pro are for professional consultancy, documentation support, application preparation, and submission services.
- Government visa fees, embassy charges, biometric fees, medical fees, courier fees, or third-party service charges are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Service fees are based on the visa type, country, urgency, and complexity of the application.
- Once payment is made, the service is considered initiated.
Refund Policy
Easy Visa Pro follows a strict no-guarantee, no-refund policy under the following conditions:
- Visa refusal, rejection, or delay by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
- Changes in immigration laws, rules, or requirements after application submission
- Client’s failure to provide accurate, complete, or truthful documents or information
- Client withdrawal after services have commenced
- Application delays caused by embassies, government authorities, or third parties
Important:
Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. Easy Visa Pro does not influence or guarantee outcomes.
Partial Refund (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- The client cancels the service before any documentation review or application work has started
- The refund request is made in writing
- Administrative and consultation charges may be deducted
Approval of any partial refund is at the sole discretion of Easy Visa Pro management.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Documentation review fees
- Application processing fees once work has begun
- Government, embassy, biometric, medical, courier, or third-party fees
Fee Waiver Policy
Easy Visa Pro may offer fee waivers or discounts in limited cases such as:
- Promotional campaigns
- Corporate or group applications
- Repeat or long-term clients
- Management-approved special cases
All waivers:
- Must be approved in writing
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be applied retroactively to completed or ongoing applications
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients are encouraged to contact Easy Visa Pro directly before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.
- Supporting documents, agreements, and service logs will be used to contest disputes.
Policy Acknowledgment
By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this policy
- Agree to all fees, refund limitations, and waiver conditions
Acknowledge that visa approval is not guaranteed.
